The only way to purchase our products directly from our company, at factory prices, is to purchase them online on our website: www.hospitalfootwear.com. Our headquarters, based in Vigonza (PD), is our production site only. It has no outlet open to the public. Therefore, due to current legislation we are not able to receive customers or sell our products at our headquarters.
Prices
All the selling prices of the products displayed and shown on the website www.hospitalfootwear.com, which comprise the offer to the public in compliance with Article 1336 of the Civil Code, include V.A.T. and all other taxes.
The shipping cost is duly specified and customers can check it before confirming a purchase.
Shipments:
The order, if correct in all its parts, will be shipped within 5 working days by BRT express courier, and the shipment tracking service will be communicated by e-mail.
In line with regulations, the goods travel at the customer's risk. Hence, any claim for damage to goods must be made immediately upon receipt of the goods by signing the courier's receipt with reserve, specifying the type of damage.
Billing:
The sales invoice for the accepted orders will be issued at the time of shipment and forwarded in electronic form to the customer's e-mail address.
Accepted forms of payment:

PayPal works in a very similar way to a standard bank account. With an active account, customers can pay directly by entering their credentials.
Credit Card
Payment by credit card is made via PayPal and can also be made without having an account with PayPal, which only acts as an intermediary. By filling in the special interactive Web page and entering their credit card details, customers can start the verification and accreditation process.
Changing the Size:
Our products are available in standard sizes, compatible with most hospital footwear.

Please attach a copy of the accompanying invoice (so we can check your details) and specify the size you would like as a replacement.
The right of changing size will be lost in the following cases:
- - If the essential condition of the goods being intact is not met (packaging and/or its contents)
- - If the goods have been used, even partially
- - If the external packaging and/or the original internal packaging is missing
- - If any of the product components are missing
- - If the product is damaged due to causes other than its transport
In the above-mentioned cases, Thermoshoe di Baldin Michele e Francesco s.n.c. will send the purchased goods back to the sender, who will be charged for this additional transport cost.

The customer has to pay the cost of returning the goods, whereas we will pay for delivery of the replacement pair, with no further charge made.
Cancellation:
Information for consumers in compliance with Legislative Decree no.185 of 22 May 1999, (in the Official Gazette no. 143 of 21 June), - Implementation of Directive 9l/l/EC concerning protection of consumers in respect of distance contracts.
The supplier of products is Thermoshoe di Baldin Michele e Francesco s.n.c., with legal headquarters in Via Parenzo, 2 - 35010 Vigonza PD - Italy - Tel. +39 049 629137.
In compliance with Article 5 of Legislative Decree no.185 of 1999, the customer has the option of cancelling the order stipulated on the Web without any penalty and without having to give any explanation, according to the conditions below.

Notification must include:
- - Indication of the wish to make use of the benefit granted by Legislative Decree. no. 185 of 22 May 1999
- - Specification of the product/s for which you decide to use the right of cancellation
- - Details of your current bank account (this will allow us to refund the amount due).
To obtain a refund of the amount, the customer must, at his/her own expense, send the purchased products back to the following address: Thermoshoe di Baldin Michele e Francesco s.n.c., Via Parenzo, 2 - 35010 Vigonza PD - Italy.
The goods to be returned must be shipped within ten working days of receipt of such goods, via any carrier/courier/forwarding agent the customer chooses.
Procedure for refunding the amount: Thermoshoe di Baldin Michele e Francesco s.n.c. will refund the amount by bank transfer (or another form of payment) within 14 (fourteen) working days of receipt the notification of the return.
The refund refers to the price of the returned product/s.
Liability:
Thermoshoe di Baldin Michele e Francesco s.n.c. is not liable for any direct and/or indirect damage or loss resulting from the sale of the Products offered in the published catalogue, neither for any delayed and/or non-delivery of the goods, nor for any other reason not directly attributable to our company.
Thermoshoe di Baldin Michele e Francesco s.n.c. will not be held liable for any loss of goods after they have been delivered.

Photos of products are indicative and the characteristics of the delivered products may be slightly different to the photos shown in the catalogue.
Product Availability:
Thermoshoe di Baldin Michele e Francesco s.n.c. reserves the right to accept or refuse any orders placed and, in any case, until stocks of goods last.
Products for sale may be temporarily out of stock. In this case, customers will be notified by e-mail within maximum five days of receipt of the purchase order. If the items ordered are no longer in stock, we will be entitled to cancel the order received, refunding any amounts already paid.
